When Receiving Your Product

If there is any damage, shortage, or if the sealing tape on the box is broken, do not sign any delivery documents. Instead, request the courier to prepare a damage report and return the package. If you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be sent to you immediately. We are not responsible for any damage or shortage of items inside the box if the damaged packaging or missing content is accepted.
